 First, air-cooled condenser dust removal method
 Air-cooled condenser with air as a cooling medium, and the environment in the air always contains dust, the condenser with a long time, it will be in the heat transfer surface with a layer of dust, so that the condenser heat transfer tubes and fins can not Good heat exchange with external cooling air. We should periodically blow out these dusts with compressed air.

 Second, the water-cooled condenser dirt removal method
 Water-cooled condenser used in the cooling water contains impurities, a long time they will precipitate in the cooling tube, bonded into scale, hinder the cooling water circulation, and heat transfer deterioration, so that the refrigerant condensation temperature increases. To this end, should be regularly (usually 2 to 3 years, if the cooling water is a deep well water or landscape, should be an annual) to remove scale, commonly used cleaning methods are as follows:
 (1) brush with a wire brush brush. The shell ends of the shell and tube condenser cast iron cover (water cover) removed, with a spiral wire brush broom into the cooling tube reciprocating brush, and then close to the pipe diameter of the round bar into the cooling tube repeatedly pull poke , While the edge of the water rinse with pressure. This cleaning method is relatively simple, but labor-intensive.
 (2) with a special scraper scrape.  After cleaning with the above methods, the refrigerant side of the condenser should be a pressure leak test to check the cooling pipe in the descaling process whether the damage and leakage. Leakage is completed, according to the original system connection, vacuum, commissioning and so on.
 It should also be noted that the hydrochloric acid solution (or descaling solution) must be discharged to the sewer and never to the septic tank, nor to the grass or crops, since these solutions are harmful to plant growth.

 Third, the cooling tower and evaporative condenser cleaning methods:
 First calculate the actual water storage of the cooling water system (water storage tank, water tank, water pipe, etc.) and prepare the required quantity of cleaning chemicals. Then do the following:
 ① drain the tank thoroughly washed or manually cleaned to remove all the sludge dirt.
 ② close the drain line, and let the circulating pump work, so that filling the water filling the lowest water level.
 ③ When the water is circulated, slowly add the prepared quantitative cleaning chemicals, mostly from the storage tank.
 ④ re-use clean water to fill the system.
 This is done once a year. The best.
